What do I need to bring to a notary appointment?You’ll need a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

Can you notarize documents in Spanish?Yes! We offer bilingual service and are happy to assist clients in both English and Spanish.

Do you offer mobile notary services?Yes, we come to your home, office, hospital, or any agreed upon location within our service area, including McKinney, Frisco, Prosper and surrounding areas (Collin and Denton counties).

How do I schedule a loan signing or notary appointment?You can schedule via phone, email, or through our online booking system. We offer flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

What is Remote Online Notarization (RON) and how does it work?RON allows you to have your documents notarized over a secure video call, making it possible to sign from anywhere with internet access.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept Zelle, credit/debit cards, and cash. Payment is typically due at the time of service.

Are you allowed to give legal advice or draft documents?No. We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or draft legal documents. We recommend contacting an attorney for legal guidance.
