Refund Policy

 

At AC Pro Notary Services, we are committed to delivering exceptional service with every appointment. Due to the nature of notarial and time-based services, all payments are final and non-refundable. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

 

Non-Refundable

Circumstances Include (but are not limited to):

• Failure to present valid, government-issued photo identification

• Signer(s) being unavailable, uncooperative, or refusing to sign

• Documents not being complete, accurate, or ready for notarization

• Appointment cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice

• Client misunderstanding of notarial responsibilities (e.g., seeking legal advice or document drafting)

• Technical issues during remote online notarizations (e.g., poor internet, unsupported devices)

• Completed notarial acts, regardless of how the document is later used or accepted

 

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we will gladly reschedule your appointment at no additional charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a full service fee.

 

Exceptions

While our standard policy is that all sales are final, we recognize that unique situations may arise. Refunds or partial credits may be granted at the sole discretion of AC Pro Notary Services on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out directly to discuss any concerns.
